Truly a great place. Have been going here for years. Wonderful employees especially their assistant general manager Jake who helps me with any questions as well as being a great resource when it comes to any questions about working out.

Would definitely recommend this club to any friends or family members very clean ask for Nathan when you come here and I’ll give you a great tour and make sure that you’re accommodated for 10 out of 10 LA Fitness in Buffalo by far of my favorite when I’m in town work!!

Where do I begin la fitness is a sanctuary of a gym from staff to sanitation I can say with confidence that this is the best gym I’ve had the pleasure of joining shout out to my dawg atomic Nate ,walk em down Jake and brass knuckle Brad and the rest of the staff for always being willing and able to help out with anything I needed.
