I reached out to Dr. Kendall with groin and hip pain that I’ve been struggling with since having my son a few years ago. He was able to get me in for an evaluation in a timely manner. He’s very knowledgeable and was able to pin point my pain and give me exercises to help strengthen some deficiency that he found. It’s been three weeks since meeting with him and I’m seeing a huge difference after following his treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Kendall to anyone looking for real results.

The evaluation was just the start, as I then joined his 6-week training program. The progress I experienced was remarkable. I have been experiencing shoulder pain for the past year and a half. There were nights I could not sleep due to the pain. I saw Chris and he evaluated my issue, and turns out I had a rotator cuff problem. Getting a rehab from Chris has significantly improved my shoulder pain.
