Hands down, John is the best contractor I have worked with in any capacity in my lifetime. He is transparent, honest, trustworthy, and his crew is held to the same high standard. Every other painter I had look at the job was scared off by the work that I wanted performed on my home which included cedar clapboard replacement on one side of my home, porch reconstruction, and restoration / re-creation of long-lost architectural details due to years of neglect by previous owners. According to my neighbors, my North Buffalo house had not had a proper exterior paint job in almost 35 years, and John and his crew were able to make it shine again. I am a very particular person. John lived up to his word, performed the work exactly as discussed, and did not cut any corners. In addition, he helped with color selection and knew what colors to use to bring out the details of my home.
