Only thing good was the Dr. Leave messages they don't call back. We were waiting to be scheduled for surgery since nov2024. Total over 35 calls and no returned calls. Insurance now ran out. Talking to a lawyer. The assistant of the facility even said they dropped the ball. My husband is in pain and no help.
Just saw my PA Clarice at Invision Health and she was very kind and considerate to my concerns. She took her time and answered all my questions and gave me options for my health care needs. Dr Landi has seriously given me my life back. Before my cervical fusion surgery I was getting shots for a lot of years by another Dr then I had another accident. After this injury the shots no longer were working at all. I refused pain medication. I held out about 10 months after this injury before even seeing Dr Landi. I dealt with pain that I wouldn’t wish upon anyone. Felt like being struck by lightening down my spinal cord, my legs were weak and stopped working a few times (that was scary) not known if I would walk again, my arms felt like wet heavy noodles (is the best way I can explain it), headaches and face pressure.
