After moving to Buffalo 15 years ago, I had a hard time finding the right fit for my hair needs. I wanted a low-maintenance color and someone reliable. A friend recommended Katie Pataky, and I’m so glad I booked that first appointment. I’ve been seeing her for years now. She listens, never rushes, is incredibly reliable, and I always leave happy. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I saw Caroline for my first ever balayage/hair coloring experience and it was more than I could’ve ever asked for! I wanted something subtle for my first time and she did an amazing job. It was a super relaxing and stress free experience, and I even enjoyed a glass of wine during! Would recommend her 100% to anyone :)

I saw Katie for the first time yesterday. I showed her some styles I liked and we discussed how often I style my hair (which is close to never since I work from home). She helped me achieve the look I wanted that worked with my lifestyle. I’ve liked haircuts in the past but I love what I walked out with yesterday. We discussed color goals too for a future appointment and she was so knowledgeable on taking care of color and ways to prep my hair before I come back.

I have never loved my hair more than these past almost 4 years. She puts you at ease, listens to what you want and in honest in what she thinks will look best. I adore her.

Jordan is absolutely amazing. Jordan guided me in taking some risks with my hair that I would have never had the confidence or even imagination to do and it came out perfectly. Honestly, I take a few more peeks in the mirror every day because I love my hair so much.
