I was assigned Green Home Innovations by the New York State Empower+ program for a free energy audit and weatherizing. Ken came out for the energy audit and found a couple small gas leaks that he fixed on the spot and pointed out areas where we were losing heat in the winter. He then wrote up a detailed proposal for work to be done to increase our energy efficiency. Lucking NY paid for the work and I am thrilled with the job they did. First, they replaced my attic vents to be appropriate for the space and sealed out the rodents and birds that were getting in.
