Yesterday, my friend and I went there because we are traveling to Africa in September. I can’t tell you how welcoming Katrina was and how professional the staff is. Debbie read over everything where we were going and recommended the two shots that we would need. It was so easy and they were fabulous to work with. I highly recommend using them. My physician had recommended. I go to passport health in Williamsville, but I chose to go here and staff was very kind and nice to us. I am an Executive Assistant, who needed to get my employer’s family scheduled for an Immigration Exam. Great Lakes Physician Services helped make this whole process as easy as possible! My boss needed his exam expedited, and they were able to get him in within a week. And the manager helped get the rest of the family scheduled and helped them coordinate all of their vaccines and bloodwork, even though they have very young children. Overall, we had a great experience with this office, even though it could have been very complicated! I would recommend going here for your immigration exams!!

Was SO GLAD I found this place. Everyone was very nice, and the doctor was thorough and connected on a human level. PLUS it was HALF the cost of Passport Health (who were also incredibly rude on the phone).
