We had a Carpenter Ant problem in one area of our house, mainly the outside area. I called Amherst Exterminators, the next day we were already on the schedule. Amherst Exterminators sent Vinny B and it took him 30 to 45mins. He flushed out our Carpenter Ants, then he did a bait and preventative spray. To make matters even better, Vinny even arrived ahead of his quoted time of 2:15PM. He even explained we needed to do to help minimize the Carpenter ants and told us we could do it anytime. To make matters even better, Vinny B was a nice exterminator. He gave us his card. Yes we will be calling Amherst Exterminators again when we need them. My technician, Scott K., was very thorough. He did a great job in a safe and efficient manner. In less than 24 hours we have dozens of dead yellow jackets and no sign of an active nest. VERY VERY happy with the quick and effective solution. I strongly recommend Amherst Exterminators.

If you need an exterminator, I highly suggest them. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic, friendly and so helpful. They did a great job and our bug nightmare is over! I can't say enough good things about them. Great customer service! We thank you and have already said our praises to family and friends and will continue to recommend Buffalo Exterminators. We called around beforehand and they even had the best prices. They walk you through the process and are always there when you have questions.
