I texted Eric Lawler about an apartment and he contacted me back quickly. His communications and accommodations to my times were wonderful. He was very helpful with sending the necessary links and with the follow up to any questions and whatever else was needed. Very highly recommend him and I appreciate the service he provided!
So much good to say about the team at Glendale Communities. My wife and I first connected with Eric who worked with us for close to a year, helping us secure a spot at Nickel City Lofts we had our eyes on. Showing after showing, Eric was always courteous, respectful of our time, and enthusiastic about the properties he would show us. Fast forward to our time at Nickel City Lofts and my wife and I absolutely loved it. The unit itself was high-end, super clean, great amenities, and shout out to the staff (Leander in particular) for keeping the place in great condition. I haven’t moved in yet, so I can’t speak to the actual residential quality, but Glendale has been great through the touring and application process. Eric specifically went above and beyond for us when we toured: he took us to two different buildings and gave us good advice about the pros and cons of each.Overall, I’m really pleased with the ease by which we secured an apartment. Eric was extremely organized, so he was able to recommend buildings that would fit our specific budget and preferences. I’m hopeful that my experience living in a Glendale building will be as good as the process of getting the apartment.
