I was in Buffalo recently for a Bills game with my son, who forgot his contact lenses!! After an exhaustive search for a provider who would help us on a weekend, Dr. Bob stepped in and solved our problem. I was stunned at how flexible, empathetic and kind this man is. He's a Buffalo treasure!! The game was uneventful but I'll never forget that day, largely because Dr. Bob restores faith in humanity.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bob at Eyes Downtown since I was a child, and he has always been incredible. My mom has been coming here for years as well, and we both trust him completely with our eye care.
Dr. Bob is kind, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain everything and ensures you feel comfortable every step of the way. The staff is always welcoming, and the office has such a warm and professional vibe.
