Fred was fantastic!! We used another company to do other repairs in the past and I was traumatized from that experience. He didn’t try to upsell me like the 3 other companies that came in to quote me for a drain tile job. Since he finished the work it has been raining almost everyday and my basement is bone dry. He also did not try to convince me that I needed new drain tile that 3 other companies tried to get me to sign up for. He gave me honest, up front quote and pricing for a basement crack.
