I was sitting there for 5 hours just to leave with only my hair washed and was told I had to sit there for another 5 hours!!!

If I could leave zero stars, I would just walked in for my six year old to get a wash and blow dry and you can tell that they were refusing to do her hair. They asked if she would cry. I told her it would not be an issue she needs a wash and blow dry. They agreed and told us to grab a seat the entire 10 minutes that we were seated they continue to stare and talk behind me and my daughter’s back. They say that kids are welcomed and it’s recommended for kids, but do not bring your African-American daughter’s here. I was recommended to this salon being new to Buffalo New York, but I will now make sure that any and everyone I know in Buffalo does not return to the salon. They are terrible. Customer service is terrible and they barely speak English.

We we’re supposed to be charged $50 and they Charge us more the prices never went up or anything they basically charged us for services they did not provide.

Just went to get a wash blow dry and my hair flat ironed and my ends clipped. Walked out with one side of my hair completely chopped way to high vs the other side when again I was only was supposed to be getting my ends clipped a LITTLE AS I SAID MULTIPLE TIMES. the lady's are very rude nobody speaks unless you speak Spanish like they do. The lady talked on her phone the whole time while doing my hair. And the lady washing was nasty also. Practically gave me a shower and then at the end tried to charge me a detangling fee as if my hair wouldn't be getting notted with the ladys washing technique and obviously your going to have to comb through anyone's hair with washing and blow drying it. Wasn't worth my time but all in all my hair is straight. Felt raped the way she butchered my hair though

BE AWARE THEY PUT STRAIGHTENING PRODUCTS IN YOUR HAIR WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION.
I went last year in may 2024 for the first time because I am new to the area from the Bronx and wanted to find a salon home. I really think they put a keratin treatment or perm in my hair without my permission. My hair was long and 4C ever since that was and blow out my hair no longer coils and it’s been falling out.

Amazing always gets my hair right !!! my GO 2 would definitely recommend for girls with natural hair they take extra care of it !

The employee's here are extremely rude. When I went to the lady, I explained to her exactly what I wanted to do with my hair and she gave me a price that I agreed to which was $25. Once my hair was done she then told me that I had to pay $55 and I told her that I would not be paying that price because that is not what was agreed to. They continued to say that that was the price and I continued to refuse. They then started to talk about me in Spanish with visible attitude. I will never go back and do not recommend this place.

Stylist: I think her name was nubis but she was excellent straightening every hair piece one by one, took her time. It looks amazing, she also clipped my ends to give it a nice touch. Turned into a bob I loved it!

It's the wash lady she is jealous and prejudice she mixes her own concoction and passes it off as shampoo and condition. She only wants Hispanics there I guess. Please somebody sue them and let me know if you win the case!!!
