This place is top tier for customer service. Been coming for 3 years and everyone is always pleasant. They remember regular faces and make you feel at home. They deserve all the success they have.

Philip is great here - he is so friendly and does a great job on nails. He is very fast and efficient as well. Ivy did my nails last time I was here and she did a great job as well. She wasn't nearly as friendly and wasn't as gentle as other nail techs I have had but my nails looked great.

I've been coming here on and off for 4 years now. They have been very inconsistent, this past time I went in for a simple gel manicure and it was not a pleasant experience. The woman at station 8 was not friendly and did a terrible job on my cuticles and polish. The one nail wasn't dry and I had to go back as soon as I got home because it smudged, went back to get it fixed and the woman couldn't even properly polish it AGAIN so Ivy took over thankfully. Disappointed this time and feel like I deserve another gel manicure on them next time I go.Services: Gel manicures
