I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff who assisted with the difficult decision to say goodbye to our cat Cali. Kenny, Dr. Sood and Megan were outstanding. We have been bringing our dogs to City Creatures for just about 25 years. During that time we were treated courteously and professionally by every single employee we worked with. For the past 3 years we have received excellent advice and care from Dr. Sood regarding the decline of our beloved 14 year old dog. She made his final years much easier for us to manage. When we made the difficult decision to put him down, City Creatures took care of us right away. The two techs and Dr Benton were beyond compassionate and sympathetic. Best clinic. Best staff. The staff is so caring. The techs, assistants and receptionists, all deeply care about the work they do. Their job is extremely hard and yet they still do it with a smile and amazing attitudes.They see animals in the worst shape with most people declining service to help get answers for their pets. They do not get enough credit for the work they do. If you think anyone in this line of work is in it for the money then you are mistaken! They are in it for the compassion of animals. I am beyond thankful they are my vet clinic. They saved so many of my pets.
