The technician arrived right on time. I explained what the drain issues were to Nick. Nick took the time to explain what was to be done was patient with all questions or concerns I asked about. He cleared three pipes in my lawn and then installed a new sump pump. He took the time to explain how the new pump works. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. Thank you!
After our home main trap burst, I can say that the response to this emergency by Cellino was on point. From the office calling back checking up on the work, the follow up, sending us descriptions of the person/plumbers coming into our home,, priceless. Joel Monacelli even put our carpets to wash? and left the floor all cleaned ready for us to move the washer back? Thank you Cellino for giving us peace of mind???
Kodey was a great help with an annual furnace service. Very detailed and explained everything. Furnace is working as it should but it’s getting close to end of useful life and some really hood options to replace and take advantages of rebates and tax credits while still available. Highly recommend Cellino to all.
