Probably would not recommend this company. Scheduling was easy enough, but the day came and it was 1pm and they still hadn’t showed up and we hadn’t heard from them at all. We had to reach out to them to see when they were coming. On top of that they already took the money for the installation out of our account using the same card we used for the down payment. In my opinion you don’t take payment until the job is completed. Then the guy tried to get us to pay again, thankfully we had looked at our account and knew they took the money out. Sean fronCarpet Factory outlet was a pleasure to work with. He didn't try to oversell me and kept to the promised time line. The installer did a phenomenal job, was conscientious, professional and left the area very clean. I bought for price but will buy again for the service.

Thank goodness true customer service still exists! We were looking for flooring for a bathroom remodel and stopped here to see what was available. The salesman was so knowledgeable about every aspect of every single option, it was amazing. One on one customer service with a salesman that knew everything and more! Excellent!
