We would like to share our deepest appreciation for Buszka Funeral Home in West Seneca for providing such a wonderful experience for our mother’s final services. We don’t think we’ve ever seen a more gorgeous, beautifully maintained, or more comforting venue. Their facility is truly state-of-the-art — thoughtfully designed, up-to-date, and equipped with everything a family could possibly need during such a difficult time. It was a major part of why we chose their funeral home, and it exceeded every expectation we had. The staff was absolutely amazing, compassionate, professional, and supportive through every step. They guided us with kindness during one of the hardest moments of our lives, and we are truly grateful for the respect and care they showed our family. Thank you for giving us, her children, such a beautiful and meaningful experience as we laid our mother, Linda Retzer, to rest. We cannot speak highly enough of the dedication, compassion, and comfort you provided. Your service will always be remembered.
We had Buszka for my mother in law and a cousin and most recently an Uncle. Peter and his staff are amazing, very down to earth, the union road facility is so calming. They are very caring and empathetic. They take the stress out of a very stressful situation. They are not your corporate robot type people. They treat you like family. Highly recommend
