I took my mom to Buffalo General ER for excruciating unrelenting back and abdomen pain. While the wait was long (10 hours) the care and attitude were unmatched. We have previously been to Mercy, MACC center, and 2 private doctors, where no one listened, cared, or helped in the slightest. 10 hours was a long wait, but after sitting day in and day out with this pain for weeks, the 10 hours was a small price. It was a full waiting room, we got there around 7pm Monday and got a room 4am Tuesday, but everyone along the way was amazing and competent.

My son was admitted to the hospital and they helped us through a very scary situation. All the staff were friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. I always felt like he was in good hands and well cared for . No one wants to be admitted to the hospital but I have nothing but great things to say about the care and the staff
As I spent the last week in here contemplating my life choices...have to give the folks here credit...they took care of me...as for misplacing my personal belongings...I'm extra hot about that...y'all need to work on that aspect for sure
