Pekoe came in with constipation and pain. Everyone was so attentive and professional. The vet was super informative and my kitty was taken care of immediately. The small office and staff make you feel more cared for. And less like a number.

My cat has already been considered as aggressive, but today she was calm and quiet. The treatment she got allowed her to relax and receive treatment. The doctor and staff were welcoming, serene and knowledgeable.

Dr. Burkard is the best of the best. We rescued a kitten found in the streets of South Buffalo with multiple unexpected health issues. She has helped us navigate diagnosis and treatment options with patience and her abundance of knowledge. She is truly passionate about helping cats and it shows every time she sees my Marvin. We often found ourselves in need of a same day appointment. Instead of paying $$$ at the emergency vet, Dr. Burkard and her staff are always able to fit him in their schedule which we are incredibly grateful for every single time.
