My daughters and I have been going here for about a year and we enjoy the service and atmosphere!
Each time I have came, I got my hair washed and even left earlier than expected. She's helping with my hair growing so far it's been growing lovely. I even recommended my best friend to her for her birthday and she did a fantastic job on both of our hair.
She does really great hair and she's really nice. but I think she should manage her time a little better and not have customers wait 1-2hrs because the client ahead of seems to always be late. The booking website can be confusing when selecting styles but overall she's great at her work and very nice. my kids love her. Also she blocked me because of an error on her website and asked to return my deposit for the inconvenience of driving 20 mins to the appt, that she's 2 hrs behind schedule on and to ask what style my daughter is getting, something that could have been handled with a phone call. please grow up and handle your business like a professional. just say sorry and move on it's business.
