Unfortunately AAA gets paid by the major corporations forcing you into arbitration after they recklessly harm you, therefore they will do whatever it takes to keep their corporate clients happy, and regardless of the validity of your complaint, they will turn a blind eye to the misconduct of arbitrators and rotating counsel for the corporations.

I used the AAA to settle a construction dispute in Syracuse, NY and the arbitrator's two page ruling was lacking of any substance and explanation. The arbitrator's award with the associated offsets were not even logical or consistent with the decision. For the fees that you pay to utilize the AAA (nearly $20k), I caution any corporation to take this approach. I suppose that the AAA needs to screen its lawyers better before allowing these arbitration proceedings. Final decisions must provide comprehensive insight and consistency.
