They are really at finding the best home/apt you are looking for in your neighborhood. Is there any brokerage fee? Yes. As I know of. I guess it's 20% of the rent. But it might change.

I did not work with the staff at Zuz Realty, but this review is specifically for Mr. Matt Hershkowitz, who is a broker for Zuz. I cannot emphasize enough how easy and direct Matt made the whole process of finding our apartment. His communication was direct, consistent, and professional, and he delivered on everything he said and then some. 2 year lease, was able to get a slightly lower rent than initially advertised, and we were able to get the keys a little bit ahead of the lease start date.
