Zip to Zip was amazing to work with from beginning to end. Anna and Alex were my moving consultants. They answered all of my questions promptly and provided a lot of details! Then I had Shalva and Tornike as my movers and they were absolutely incredible. They literally drove all the way to Ohio, got my stuff, and delivered it in NYC in about 36 hours. They probably could’ve done it in under 24hrs, if I didn’t have to be at the office. All my stuff arrived safely with no damage. They were also great communicators. George, Mikey and the team were fantastic. They were super efficient and completed the move in half the time! All of my items made it over safely. I also used their storage services for a month in between moves.
Had a great moving experience w Zip-To-Zip. The crew arrived promptly, worked very efficiently and were kind, incredibly professional and super easy to work with. All items arrived safely / were assembled perfectly. Booking the moving appointment and communication leading up to the move date was smooth and easy. Highly recommend.
