They were honest and upfront and human but I ended up going with Piece of Cake because they offered me a special discount but then it ended up being even more expensive given all the hidden costs so I regret not going with Lou Moves You

Lou moves you has been an excellent moving company for me while living in nyc. I am a disabled woman and my mobility is challenged. I have done several last minute moves with Lou now and they have never made me feel bad for my place being crazy or the circumstances I have found myself in. Also everyone has always been so accommodating and as a disabled person I cannot tell you enough how much that is appreciated. Their communication is amazing, every mover i have worked with since 2019 has been top tier. I am always so impressed with how quickly and efficiently they work. had the best experience w lou moves you!! they were able to accommodate my last minute move, and the team was SO fast. it was the beginning of the nyc heat wave and still they were efficient and finished in probably 5% of the time it would have taken me, including disassembling and reassembling my bedframe. highly recommend lou and his team! made a very stressful moving experience so much easier.
