I recently took my 96 years old mother to visit Dr. Zabezhanskaya and our experience was very positive. The front desk person, nurse and doctor were incredibly attentive and took excellent care of my mother. The only issue was the wait time. However, once we were seen , the doctor diagnosed the condition and performed the necessary procedure very professionally and in timely manner. I am grateful for the level of attention and expertise provided by the staff and doctor. I would certainly recommend this practice to others.

I not sure why this Dr has bad reviews! i was a first time patient today and in expressing urgency was squeezed in same day!! The office manager made it happen for me and the Dr was amazing and calmed me about my worry! Yes I waited for an 1.5 hr but show me a place you wont wait in NYC! So happy to have found a dermatologist i can trust! To add, someone else in the area charged $350 for a visit i paid $150 for!! Ive had awful experiences with dermatologists in the area! You will not regret choosing Dr. Marina!!!

While there was a brief wait, their willingness to accommodate my needs was greatly appreciated. Dr. Marina's expertise and caring approach made the visit worthwhile. I left with peace of mind, knowing my skin health was in capable hands. Highly recommended for prompt and professional dermatological care.
