I came today on Christmas Eve without an appointment hoping to have a wash and blow for the holidays. I was in luck and was seated straight away at the basin for my wash. The stylist working on me was Yisette and she was very sweet, checking if I was okay with the shampoo pressure. I like a good thorough wash when I have my hair blown out so I was happy with the pressure. She told me her English wasn't great and my Spanish could be better, but she definitely made sure at all times I was happy. I was so happy with the blow out. S was very gentle. At many Dominican salons it is common for your hair to be pulled quite roughly with the heat turned all the way up, but she was gentle and also not excessive with the heat. Only at the front and top of my hair was the heat a little more but also that is where my hair tends to be more stubborn to smooth so that was perfect. She finished off with the iron and I think it was the owner who came to check her work to make sure it was perfect. I'm very pleased with the service at Yulaine and it's also a very nice salon inside.

I love this place. They never disappoint me. I just got my usual perm, color, and about 3-4 tracks. And my hair came out beautiful as usual. The staff is always inviting and pleasant. You get a service and ombiance that you would get in an upscale neighborhood like the upper Eastside right in the middle of Crown Heights‼️ Keep up the great work ladies?
