My first few experiences there were amazing, I believe it was because of the owner. She was friendly, respectfully and always did my hair with care. When she no longer worked there, the woman that supersede her was the complete opposite. She is rude, unprofessional and lack basic manners. It is unfortunate to see someone in customer service treat paying customers like beggars. Would not recommend.

It was a very long day. I did box braids to waist length, and it was pinky finger size. I was in there all day, but the end result was great. I have went to them before, and will continue to go. My hair is neat and very well done. I'm happy with the end result.

The lady my daughter usually go 2 wasn't there. So we decided 2 try someone else..Neva again... she left 2 much of of my daughters edges out. I had to give my daughter 5 braids. Never again, I will wait 4 out favorite braider.
