Thank you Badri and Maia for your awesome yoga classes. I started taking classes with them 5 years ago and really enjoyed coming to yoga classes. It’s good exercise for mind and body and you find here life long friends. It becomes part of your life and helps to enjoy it. Thanks also for organizing yoga retreats around the most magnificent places.
There are so many different yoga studios and yoga instructors in Brooklyn. I have tried multiple studios and teachers before I met Badri. After taking just a few classes i knew that he was exactly what i was looking for. Always challenging me to my full capacity, both physically and mentally, but at the same time, balancing, calming, and relaxing. Maia is an amazing opposite of Badri, representing female energy of strength, resilience, and flexibility. Thank you both for creating the best yoga studio in Brooklyn!!!!
Very happy with Maia and Badri as yoga instructors. Came to them as a beginner a few years ago and still with them. They do mix of hatha and vinyasa and it works great. Badri takes time to do meditation during class. Maia has special touch and smooth meditative voice. It’s usually a nice slow flow with some exercising still. I love it.
