I really enjoy coming to this nail salon any chance I get to visit NYC. I always come to Sutter and Rutland to see Cindy and Laura. Cindy has been doing my nails for 5 years off and on. Laura does my pedicure and my feet has always been happy after she does her magical wonders. Every time Cindy does my nails it's like she's marrying me everytime.
