For me I really don't like the fact they do not allow you to stick with who you like. The first time a went there, the male nail tech that sits near the door did my nails and the experience was great neither did he shape my nails well. Second time I went back tried another tech, a female, sitting 4 seats down on the left. She did my nails so well. Third time a went back, they sent me to a lady that shaped my nails not too well but ok. I really don't like I can't stick to one tech.
I’ve been going to Star star Nail Spa for about 5 years. Kimmie has always been professional, polite and always execute any and every design I go to her with. 10/10 I recommend!
Requested style: I chose a Kaws inspired nail design.
Polite experience, clean, requested a design and was very pleased with Sally freehand design
Style inspiration: My daughter inspired me to do different colors Sally freestyle is amazing
