“Where do I start? For starters, Kathy is SUCH A SWEETHEART. She is so positive, warm, and a pleasure to work with. Second, her studio is beautiful!! For something as unpleasant as a wax, her environment makes you feel comfortable immediately, a true reflection of who she is. Finally, this wax experience has been the most pleasant one ever. The wax she uses does not pull on the skin so while there is mild discomfort, its nothing like what I've felt with soft wax or other mediums. I had minimal swelling and no irritation.
Bottom line: Kathy is a true gem of an esthetician and I look forward to seeing her again. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, rather I am needing to contain myself to succinctly express all the positives there is to say!

The only odd part was when I was making the appt online, I went through the payment steps and added a code, but when I was leaving, they asked me to show proof of where I found the code vs being able to check their records.“
