Sales reps and doctor were all very helpful and great customer service
I recently stopped by the Court Street location, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. While driving by, I remembered that I needed my glasses adjusted and cleaned. Jay promptly took care of everything I needed at no charge and even politely declined a tip, saying the adjustment was such a simple fix.
I truly appreciated the exceptional level of customer service and professionalism. It's refreshing to receive such genuine care, and this experience has earned my future business. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location.
There’s a reason why Moscot has been around for this long. Excellent customer service and amazing selection of glasses and sunglasses. They repaired my frames quickly and to the condition of when I first bought them. Love these guys!!!
