Frank and Vila Window were also very helpful giving guidance on second job related to a hard to find piece related to a failure in my tilt latches (again my windows are very old).

I had Vila Window & Glass install a new casement window to replace an old one. Vila did an excellent job with the measurements and installation to perfection. Outstanding workers and efficient and courteous and cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend Vila for all your window and glass projects. Definitely will use them again. Thank you Vila. Farroukh and his team at Vila Windows are the best group I have hired—for windows or otherwise—in New York City.
Their prices are fair, the quality of work is superb and the follow-through is incredible: Farroukh stopped by almost two years after installation for a minor repair and refused to accept compensation.
