I am so happy with the adjustments to my casement windows! They were adjusted at the start of January 2024, and before writing this review, I wanted time to ensure that the turn tilts (adjustment) made any difference to the drafts, and it has made a significant improvement so much that I finally have heat retention. Faruk is a quality professional. Matthew was so helpful, and the office staff (Fav) and others were very kind, professional, and they ensure care to the customer as a they are a family business. I couldn't be happier with the job Vila Window Repair did. I needed new window balances for all of my apartment windows. They came in, completed a quick assessment, and provided multiple options with competitive pricing. They were quick to install (other vendors had multiple week lead times) and their installer Jay was unbelievably professional, respectful of my space, and efficient. The company went above and beyond my expectations.I'd hire Vila Window Repair again in the future without hesitation.

I know these guys since they open shop in Kensington. They used to park their truck right in front of my house for a long time. I have used their services a couple of times, replacing window screen or mesh. I took the broken window screen to them, and they did it on the spot. Recently, on Sunday, their shop was open briefly, and I asked them to replace two window screens, and they did it once again for me right away. I am thankful for their courteous service.
