Eddie was great—we had a different plumber out (for an entire day) who concluded that we had structural damage to our sewer line requiring excavation and replacement. Eddie came out, accurately assessed the problem, cleared the line with a hydro jet and scoped it for us with a camera. Super helpful, on-time, reasonable price, followed up afterward. Much appreciated, and definitely recommend.
I had a great experience with Eddie. He came out same day and checked my drains with a camera after a storm surge flooded our basement. He made a great recommendation for a longer term fix related to how our gutters are set up and was affordably priced. He even was nice enough to look at my neighbor’s drain as well.
100% SAVE VICTOR’S NUMBER! When you need a sewer guy—and you will—he’s IT. Not only that, he’s CHEAP—a fraction of the cost of Roto Rooter, etc. He came on an emergency basis when we needed him. Showed up early. Very professional and nice to deal with. He snaked a camera through my sewer line, milled it, and offered advice about what else I can do to make sure I never need him again. That said, I’m bringing him back annually now for preventative maintenance. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
