I have been a repeat customer for years because I can't get the products locally. Not sure if management changed or if they got lazy, but their packaging standards are NOT what they once were. For food that is supposed to remain refrigerated, they arrive compromised. Additionally, the company is horrible at communicating and do not send tracking or notify you when the order has shipped, which does not help at all. You just lost a customer. Never again.

I make big purchases a couple times a year from these guys online (or, used to) to stock up on meat alternatives. They are one of the only vege-food outfits that ship cold products and, while their shipping prices are a bit steep, the budget-friendly product prices, combined with the awesome selection, generally made up for it......Until Now: My last order, composing over $300 worth of refrigerated items, was a complete disaster and VegeCity is shirking any responsibility for the problem. A UPS delivery of these items was intercepted by a distribution facility as "hazardous" and leaking. The package, upon damage assessment by UPS was discovered to contain NO insulation...read full review
