Thanks to Usher Law, my dad is no a US Citizen! This firm helped my dad from the very beginning of the process all the way to USCIS interview.
The firm helped make a difficult and hard to navigate process smooth for my dad. With their help we learned that he was eligible for the 65/20 exemption and a medical disability waiver due to his glaucoma and cataracts. An attorney was also present the day of the interview to make sure my dad’s rights were protected
