First time ever going to Yoga! Jyll is the real deal - she is perfectly made for me! I felt comfortable, relaxed and really enjoyed the experienced. Plan to include weekly sessions in my life routine! Definitely a plus for the community! Can't wait for my next class!

My friend brought me to a class at Urban Asanas with Jyll this weekend. I’ve been practicing yoga for 20 years. Jyll breathed new life into my practice, exploring the range of possibility and form within each movement. She is truly tuned into every student. She uplifts you, makes you laugh, inspires you, challenges you and holds space with love and care. The studio is vibrant and dreamy. What I liked the most was the feeling of unity and community of the group. Jyll is an excellent yoga leader, teacher and guide with a radiant presence. The Sunday class gets your week started right! Livestream options are great too. Highly recommend!!!

Urban Asanas is more than just a great yoga studio -- it's a vibrant and supportive community where yoga is for everybody, and every body. I've been practicing there for 5+ years. I don't live in the neighborhood anymore, but I happily make the trek from wherever I am!
