We’ve had bad experiences with contractors ghosting us in the past, so Universal Renovation was a breath of fresh air. They actually showed up when they said they would. The project manager kept us in the loop on delivery dates for materials, so we weren't left guessing. We hit a small snag with a backsplash delay (manufacturer issue), but they communicated it immediately and worked around it so the project didn't stall. Honest, hard-working team.
