The rating explains itself ... greet your customers when they arrive, provide realist wait times etc. Me waiting a hour just to be not services .... This is why I stopped coming here before the pandemic

WARNING For The Black Natural Women!! They burned out my natural hair. My hair started falling out after I got a wash and blow out from this salon. They told me one price before I got my hair done, then charged me a different price after. The stylist was a black short lady who doesn't speak English. So she doesn't understand when you tell her how to treat your hair. She did what ever she wanted, even though I told her do not blow dry my hair on the highest heat. They do not know how to treat or deal with natural extra curly hair.

Very poor service went here today as an Emergency because my usual spot Sister's was packed to capacity I had more than 20 people ahead of me.I got there with my daughter and the price I was told was a bit high for both of us bit I agreed to it .The first mistake was the poor communication I sat there for more than an hour with my daughter with only two stouts in there kind you the place was nit packed another stylist was doing a pedicure I hit up and finally said something and got service.Whatever product they ere using in my hair smell very medicine like I told the lady I have my own stuff.We proceeded to the wash and set I had to tell her to stop pulling out my... read full review
