The man on 3rd table horrible he do nails soo slow an horrible lumpy not smooth an 2 my nail came right off next 3-4 days later not even a week this never happened to me before am so upset NEVER AGAIN …. My nails shaped wasn't even shape right smh

I went to this location yesterday. I’ve patronized this location for years. When I walked in early about 10:30 there was no customers. The nail technician took me right away and starting working on my nails. She has done me several times. A family group of people walked in and she started forwarded them to other workers. I waited patiently while she walked away to converse with them. She kept apologizing. She was more interested in her bottom line dollar, then taking care of her ongoing customers. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR NAILS, horrible job. I went to the nail shop further down from it to get a color change right after. I’m going to post the difference in quality because I changed my whole design since they ruined the one I originally wanted, which is just all black with Ying and Yang design. I was too through with this nail shop. It’s not top tier service here and they make a lot of mistakes and won’t get it right anyways. The black one is the one they did! I went to city line nail next door and they fixed it for me!! Go there which was super pretty and multi colored design. Can see a huge difference in QUALITY it’s crazy.
