She was extremely thorough, first talking to me about my scalp/hair concerns so we could ensure I booked the proper treatment. This was super helpful for me as I was a bit confused on what I should book when I first made the appointment.
She was quick but attentive and talked through the full process with me as she was providing the treatment. The Japanese Head Spa portion was incredible and extremely relaxing. The silk press and trim I had was exactly what I needed (and was one of the quickest silk presses I've ever had).
I finally made it to the Salon Suite, and it did not disappoint. Guslene is nothing but professional and wanted to ensure that I had the best experience not only with my hair but also with the salon experience. I did the Japanese head spa and a sewin/microlink hybrid and I love my hair! I am happy to find a stylist that can not only style hair but also focus on hair care.

I love Guslene!! She truly saved my scalp and ended years of frustration. I had seen dermatologists and tried countless shampoos and oils—most of which were just temporary fixes. The dry patches, intense itchiness, and heavy flakes had become unbearable.
After just one visit with Guslene at her salon suite a month ago, my scalp has completely transformed for the better. No more dry patches, no more itchy, flaky scalp! She explained that the oils I was using were actually causing inflammation, and the shampoos (thanks, Google) were drying out my hair even more.
