AMAZING! A great friend of mine's introduced me to the owner and we spoke about how close and convenient all these locations are and then I need to get in here and give it a go. Today was that day, my instructor was Caroline, and she was awesome. She really took her time to guide me and teach me the vocabulary... along with the movements and how to work the machines and adjust to my height. I also purchased some nonslip socks on site with those cute little sticky grooves on the bottom just in case of any slipping. The class was amazing! It hurts so good lol ? Honestly the best Pilates studio I’ve been to in more than 20 years of attending classes on and off. So many Pilates classes I’ve attended over the years have felt like light exercise at best, but The Fit In’s are a serious workout that leave your muscles feeling it afterwards (and have even left me sweating one or twice).

I've been taking classes at The Fit In: Reform for a few years now. This studio has the best instructors hands down. The perfect balance of motivating you to push yourself, but also happy to show you modifications. If you can book with Elizabeth, Franceska, Hayet, or Sireena you wont be disappointed, they are my favs. Although I've never had an instructor I didn't like!The smaller classes allow for individual attention. Really a safe, supportive, fantastic space!!
