Based on the reviews, The Dermatology Specialists-Midwood offers a nice, clean office with good music and amazing staff. Patients describe it as an oasis in busy Brooklyn. The providers are consummate professionals who are caring, patient, and very thorough. They examine, document, and treat while explaining every step and checking on comfort. Many patients appreciate the excellent care, clear explanations, and how comfortable they felt. The staff is wonderful and very professional. One patient noted that a provider was very attentive, gentle, and provided education while ensuring follow-up with external providers, making them feel taken care of and positive about their treatment. Another patient with a history of skin cancers valued the thorough care. The front desk staff are also amazing.
1 star off for the wait time - 30mins wait on a Friday 9:30 am appointment. But everything was great. From booking to paperwork, the process was streamlined. The front desk person was very friendly. The PA and her assistant who saw me made me feel listen to. Overall very nice experience. Definitely recommend
1st time coming to this location and best believe wont be our last wait time was a breeze and staff was very helpful which is a huge plus especially the nurse before seeing the pa which both made my daughter visit even better they took the time to explain everything and was very knowledgeable we definitely will be back to this specific location as even front desk was welcoming 🙏 ❤
Everything was completed on a professional and courtesy level. I was satisfied with my visit. That was my first time there. I made an appointment online via virtual assistant 30 min prior the appointment. I was invited to the room with only 5 minute delay (but it was Sunday, maybe that’s why).
