The Dermatology Specialists - Greenpoint

The visit was ok. However I had specifically scheduled the appt to see Dr Rhinehart. Not only was I not notified in advance (text email or phone call) he would not be in, but it wasn’t until I arrived at the office when another patient brought it up and he as well was caught off guard. Had I known I would rescheduled to another date. Getting there from work was a challenge for me. The lack of communication was very disappointing.

My experience in the office was pleasant, but the services that are being used for booking/prescription management are horrible. It was VERY challenging to speak with a real person about anything, and the ai answering service is useless. I had a lot of issues with booking and then following up for my prescription. They use ClearRX to fill the prescriptions, which is an absolutely
horrible service with no customer service either. It took 6 hours for me to get a response from them / have my prescription be sent. Very helpful - it took me years to get an effective rosacea regimen and the team here helped me! The staff/facilities are clean, professional, responsive - I'm not going anywhere else as long as I live in Brooklyn.
