I’ve only written a handful of reviews in all my time in NYC, but I had to write one for Suzi and Bird House!
I waited until I had gone through one full cycle with my K-tips — the installation, wearing them for a few months, the removal, and the replacement — and the entire experience was excellent! I had no issues, no incorrect placement, and the K-tips were never too tight, so no headaches.

I had a great experience here! The place is clean and bright and fresh. I got an excellent cut with Fiona who really took a lot time with my curls and styling tips. Love my new haircut! Will be a new regular.
I love the Bird House. Katelyn is an incredible stylist -- she has been coloring and cutting my curly hair for almost four years, and I trust her entirely with my hair! I always walk away feeling incredible. She has a wonderful eye for color, detail, and what looks natural and dynamic and beautiful. Plus she is a lovely person to boot -- always warm and welcoming and remembers everything about the look I'm trying to achieve.
