ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! They don’t know how to do nails and I don’t understand how they are still open?! First they did something I didn’t even ask for… using nails that you buy at the drug store and then attempted to do an Ombré design and, couldn’t even do that! The pictures are below. My 5 year old niece can do a better job! Don’t waste your money and go elsewhere!

NEVER EVER GOING BACK, AFTER 4 DAYS GEL POWDER POLISH CHIPPED. WHEN I WENT THERE TO TELL THEM THEY LAUGHED AND SAID GEL ISN'T SUPPOSED TO LAST 2-3 WEEKS. even a regular manicure lasts a week. I never ever left a review any where before but this place deserves one!! They laughed in my face in front of the store mocking me after I asked isn’t gel powder supposed to last a couple of weeks. Beyond rude, no one should be treated with that level of disrespect. My nails are all chipped after 4 days POWDER GEL is supposed to last at least 2 weeks. They humiliated me, were very rude and they trash talked about me. Any other nail salon would fix it on the spot but this one was disgustingly rude they didn’t even offer to fix or speak nicely they just mocked me. If they spoke politely that would be a different story but they didn’t, so I just left I couldn’t tolerate the laughing and humiliation the manager even followed me out of the store yelling behind me. If I could give them no stars I would. It’s not worth this place, there are other salons in the area that treat you like a human. don’t waste your time at a place that treats people like garbage.

This is a very clean nail salon. The quality of work is very good and they don’t rush the service. The staff is friendly, nice and considerate. I’ve had a few staff members do the pedicure and manicure and they’re gentle and haven’t hurt my skin, which I’m usually worried about. I can’t comment if they’re up to date with nail services but their spa manicure and pedicures, gel services are good and along the lines with other nail salons. They also offer waxing and other services, private and clean.

I moved out of state in 2019 and I STILL think about this place. I have not been able to find a manicurist as good as Lilli. I miss her quality work. She is a perfectionist. She never hurt my skin. Great massages. The prices were affordable. You won't be disappointed.

Not a big deal really but I went here to get my eyebrows waxed.first time here and lady did them in about 30 seconds. She didn't even show them to me which was my second clue it wasn't right at all. I'm a guy so when I went in my car and looked I had the same bushy eyebrows as when I walked in.. never had this issue before with any other place. Only gave her a 2 dollar tip which seemed to annoy her. Oh well just do a simple job good and you'll be rewarded...

I refuse to give any stars to this business. But it would not post the review unless I did. What does anyone think of a nail salon that charges a 6 year old 70& for a gel manicure and pedicure. Her nails are the size of a pin head. Her mother was not told of the price before she started. There is no difference between a child and an adult. Their work is sub par DO NOT patronize this salon. Long Nails down Quentin Rd is 100x better

$10 just to remove the gel polish is ridiculous! I’ve been a loyal costumer for years who tips very well. Normally I never have old gel on my nails because I remove it myself but this time I didn’t have the time, however that price point is not fair! Just disappointed that they have no sense of loyalty to there costumers
