One customer had a broken drain pipe and someone was at the door in under 30 minutes. Timmy was fantastic, efficient, and knew exactly what he was doing. Another customer dropped earrings down the drain, and Tim took apart the sink to get them back. A faulty toilet part was replaced the same day in under 10 minutes, and cheaper than a quote from a different plumber. Another issue was fixed in 10 minutes. Amazing plumber. He and his team were quick and very professional. On top of that he was very willing to be flexible on timing to come finish our kitchen work as we didn’t know exactly when our cabinets and countertops would be finished. Would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing help.
