Special Touch Home Care Services - CDPAP and HHA Services has been providing high-quality patient care for over 40 years in the 5 boroughs of New York City and Westchester County. They offer best-in-class Home Health Aide Services and premier access to the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). Their goal is to improve the quality of life for each client, ensuring they remain safer, happier, and healthier in the comfort of their own home. Some clients have had positive experiences, praising the professionalism and excellent services received from coordinators and Home Health Aides. However, others have had negative experiences, citing issues with inconsistent aide quality and communication. Despite this, the agency has a long history of providing care and has been a positive experience for some employees, who appreciate the supportive coordinators and good communication.
I provided a furnished apartment to my tenants and unfortunately over time the stains built up on the headboard. When I went to inspect the apartment and saw the stains, I was devastated. A friend recommended me to special touch home care. I called them and they picked up right away and showed up the next day. Micheal came to my home, looked at the sweat/oil stains and told me he’d be able to take care of it.
