I loveeeeee the nail art at Sofi’s. I’ve been coming here for nearly a year, and my nails always turn out even better than I imagined. The nail art and extensions are easily 5‑star quality.
However, the pedicures are consistently disappointing. The shaping is rarely accurate, the polish application feels rushed, and the attitudes from some of the techs make the experience uncomfortable. I don’t get designs on my toes, so shaping them square and applying white polish shouldn’t be complicated yet I’ve had toes missing top coat, uneven shapes, and had to fix things myself before traveling.

This afternoon, we were walk-ins and were warmly greeted by the staff. My daughter Isabelle (11) wished for her nails to be painted with the 4th of July theme… red, white & blue with Stars and Stripes and New York too. She had a picture of how she wanted it. The associate did an amazing job. A true artist. We are so pleased.
